If your application is selected, you will be invited to an initial interview with our recruitment team to discuss your qualifications and their fit with our internal culture. If you are successful, you will then be invited to a second interview, where you will have the opportunity to meet your future division manager and a member of management. This in-depth interview will enable us to best assess your potential and discuss your integration into the team in detail.
The process will be concluded at the end of this interview. If your application is successful, you will officially become a member of the Fusion team!
